  • Your daily responsibilities include:


    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

    • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
    • Responsible for providing guidance and daily oversight of the Payroll department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
    • Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to deadlines.
    • Responsible for supporting compliance to departmental budgets.
    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. 
    • Computes wages and overtime payments.
    • Calculates and record payroll deductions.
    • Processes requests for paycheck advances.
    • Processes terminated cast members.
    • Ensures timely distribution of bi-weekly salaried timesheets and weekly punch detail.
    • Processes payroll on time and accurately, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Verifies accuracy of paid time off accruals.
    • Distributes payroll checks.
    • Oversees holiday time processing, by reviewing eligibility.
    • Balances and approves bi-weekly payroll after receipt.
    • Creates and generates reports utilizing payroll system as required.
    • Handle 401(k) processing as required by the company.
    • Verifies and enters tokes, and accumulate information required for toke rate calculations.
    • Handles tax and regulatory reporting as required.
    • Assists in audits as required.
    • Provides payroll-related information to the General Ledger department as requested.
    • Monitors operational and administrative compliance with regulations imposed by federal and state taxing authorities.
    • Withholds and /or initiates voluntary withholdings disbursements such as levies, garnishments, and child support.
    • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
    • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
    • 2 years of payroll related experience
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
    • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret written and/or oral instructions
    • Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
