  • Your daily responsibilities include:

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop Slot optimization models that assist the operators in maximizing profitability through game purchase, placement, hold, pricing, and mix strategies.
    • Develop models to optimize product placement based on demonstrated customer preference.
    • Provide analytical guidance to Slot floor design and/or expansion projects.
    • Provide analytical guidance to Slot Operations relating to gaming market conditions, including shops from competitive set.
    • Develop demand forecasts and other predictive models to support Slot and Table Games operators in scheduling and decision-making processes.
    • Develop and analyze new games, including the impact of any potential rule changes to overall casino profitability.
    • Address ad hoc analytical projects designed to improve Slot revenue and profitability.
    • Research new tools and products to evaluate their potential to improve existing processes, both in an operational and an analytical context.
    • Develops and manages the budget for Slot Operations and the Technical department.
    • Maintaining required documentation of game moves, maintenance and repair logs, and purchase orders and requisitions for game machine parts and supplies.
    • Responsible for reviewing reports and statistical data for malfunctions or other problems and implementing appropriate maintenance and repair lists.
    • Development of staff, interviews, hiring, and evaluations.
    • Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 21 years of age.
    • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
    • 7 years of experience in a high-volume gaming and hospitality operation.
    • Five to seven years of experience in electronics and maintenance of technical equipment, game machines, with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred
    • Must possess excellent computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel with a working knowledge of all Microsoft based office products.
    • Extensive training and skills in all aspects of statistical analysis and modeling.
    • Possess organizational skills and the ability to coordinate the completion of multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
    • Management abilities demonstrated in managing both Slot operations and technical department profitability.
    • Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
    • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
