  • Your daily responsibilities include:


    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:


    • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
    • Compile employee payroll data from timesheets and other records
    • Verify hours worked, and pay adjustments, and posts data onto records
    • Complete data entry necessary for payroll processing
    • Review a variety of payroll source documents, and identifies and reconciles discrepancies
    • Process and issue paychecks to employees
    • Assist in development of corporation wide payroll policies and procedures
    • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end functions
    • Develop and run queries and reports
    • Conduct end user training and assist with the development and maintenance of end user guides
    • Assist in payroll implementations of future acquisitions
    • Research and resolve questions as necessary as they relate to payroll information
    • Assist with System Administration duties such as security setup and auditing, and setup tables
    • Perform routine weekly tasks such as generating general ledger files, retirement plan files and reconciling and other varied vendor files
    • Special projects as deemed necessary by the Corporate Payroll Manager
    • Maintain appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
    • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
    • Duties and tasks are varied and complex, are performed under general supervision, and typically require originality and/or ingenuity
    • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
    • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner
    • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Two years relevant experience
    • Fundamental Payroll Certification is preferred
    • Experience with Ultipro HRIS system and/or Kronos timekeeping system preferred
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
    • Must be flexible, organized, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines
    • Good verbal and written communication skills are imperative
    • Must be able to work well with people, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
    • Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
